         Go not to the temple

I  complete the poem:- 

 Go not to the temple to put flowers upon the feet of God

 First feel your own house with a frog dance of love

 Go not to the temple to bow down your head in prayer 

 First learn to bow in humility before your fellow man

 Go not to the temple to pray on bended knees

 First bend down to lift someone who is downtrodden

 Go not to the temple to ask for forgiveness of your sins 

 First forgive from your heart those who have sinned against you

 

II Meanings:-

1. fragrance-- scent.

2. Humility--- being humble.

3. Modest ----being simple.

4. Drown trodden---- one who is not respected. 

III Fill in the blanks:-

1. The house according to the poet should be filled with fragrance of love.

 

2. One also has to learn to be bow in humility.

 

3. Only when you bend down can you live the someone who is downtrodden.
